Service Details
Remote Support – 30 minute minimum to begin service. If remote session exceeds 30 minutes, client will be billed for every 15 minutes thereafter and will need to submit an additional payment for overage after the remote session has been completed. Once client has purchased service, please proceed to steps 2, and 3 below to begin your remote support session.
Unlimited Remote Support – Client will need to submit a support ticket to request service. IT Conflict will schedule an appointment with client to set up a remote session. Client can submit as many support tickets for (1) computer as needed for support.
