Q.: Do you offer on-site service?
A.: Yes, our business model is mobile and remote computer repair technicians. We come to you for in-home or business computer service and repair. Once you setup an appointment, we will create a support ticket with your service request. We will then dispatch one of our certified technicians to location.

Q.: Can I drop-off my computer to you?
A.: Yes, bring your computer or device to our full-service computer repair shop at 5555 N. Lamar Ste C110 Austin, TX 78751 (office park behind Half Price Books). Please fill out our computer intake form and collect your claim receipt. Most repairs are completed within 24 – 72 hrs. Once the repair is complete, you will have an option to save $15 and pickup your computer or we can deliver it to you for a $15 delivery fee. Q.: Is my data safe with IT Conflict?
A.: Your computer will be handled by trained, certified technicians, in a professional, discreet manner. Your data is safe with us and your privacy the same.

Q.: What kind of warranty do you offer for virus removal?
A.: Basically, we will honor all repairs if it’s the exact same problem with the exact same symptoms up to 7 days after the repair. For more information, please see our service guarantee on what exactly this means.

Q.: What’s included with your flat-fee service?
A.: Our flat fee services includes pick-up of your computer or device, diagnosis, repair, and delivery for one flat fee. We also offer the installation of 1 year of free anti-virus and 30 days of technical support.

Q.: Do you charge extra for same day appointments?
A.: No, if we have an opening we offer same day service at no additional charge to residential or commercial users.

Q.: Do you provide an all-inclusive monthly service plan?
A.: Yes, as a matter of fact we have several monthly service options each designed for the level of support needed for your business. We customize each service plan to the requirements of your network and budget.

Q.: How can we benefit from proactive maintenance and system monitoring?
A.: Years of studies and experience show that proactive I.T. maintenance extends and helps keep the longevity of components, network up-time and efficiency, and provide cost savings over time. Our service plans include proactive maintenance and active system monitoring.

Q.: What does your fixed fee service include?
A.: Our fixed fee service options include a standard rate, proactive maintenance, active system monitoring, live 24×7 technical support, I.T. help desk, on-site break/fix and remote support. Each service plan will either have all, some or more available services.

Q.: Do you perform support on an as needed basis?
A.: I.T. Conflict does what most firms in the industry care not to. We provide support on an as needed basis on call, on site and remote. This includes weekends, after hours and even holidays! Please contact us for more information on details and pricing.

Q.: What is vendor management services?
A.: We will manage your vendors related to I.T. allowing you and your staff to run your business, not your vendors. Anytime there is an issue with a device or business application serviced by a vendor we will see through that the problem is resolved making one less responsibility you have to worry about. We will even schedule any on-site visits required by the vendor and oversee its successful remediation.

Q.: I’m already a client, how do I submit a support ticket?
A.: You can submit a support ticket from our website. Please navigate to the support page, click the support ticket button, and create a new ticket. Or simply click submit a support ticket to send one now.

Q.: What’s included with my free 30 day technical support?
A.: Your 30 day support includes; email, telephone and limited remote assistance. Please see our service guarantee for more information.
