For someone who is not techie and not patient when it comes to computers, I really appreciated the prompt and thorough service by IT Conflict. They were able to work around my long work hours, by coming after 7pm and even on Saturday/Sunday to breathe life back into my home office. I used IT Conflict to install my new computer and to transfer data from my old one. Eric was the person I dealt with and he was efficient and knowledgeable. I found him to be extremely polite and he would call me when he was on his way which I always appreciated. He was the epitome of customer service. I will recommend Eric and his company for any of your computer needs without reservation. I can’t imagine him not doing a great job no matter what the task. He is so easy to work with and is amenable to any questions you may have. In fact, one of the really nice things about their work is that you are invited to call them for up to 90 days after the work is completed with any questions or problems…..not too many companies want to be bothered with calls after the work is done. It sets IT CONFLICT apart from the geek squads of the world who really don’t know much about anything.
