This should be an easy task to do. I am assuming that you purchased Trend Micro Internet Security and downloaded the trial version from our website. If you haven’t gotten that far yet, then please purchase the product from our online store here Trend Micro Internet Security and download the 30 day free trial. Install Instructions
Before you proceed with installing the product, you want to make sure that you don’t currently have any anti-virus products installed. Examples of anti-virus software programs are Norton Internet Security, McAfee, Kaspersky, AVG, and Avast. These are just some of the popular products out there. Installing more than one anti-virus on any computer will cause a conflict between the two programs and one side effect would be your computer will run slower than usual. Let’s begin the four-step installation:
- First download the Trend Micro Internet Security Trial (113)
- Follow the on-screen instructions to fully install the product
- Once the installation is complete, it may need to update the service
- After the product has been installed and updated you are now protected for 30 days
Enter Key and Activate Subscription
So you have purchased Trend Micro Internet Security from us and successfully installed the 30 day free trial onto your computer. Now you are ready to activate your subscription. We should have sent you your license via email within 3 business days of purchasing the product. If you haven’t received the email, check your spam folder. If still you don’t see the email contact us or email us here sales@itconflict.com and let us know about it. If you have your license and you’re ready to activate your subscription than do the following:
- Open your Trend Micro main console by finding the red icon on the bottom right of your screen where the clock is located. Right click on the icon and select ‘open main console’. The main console will popup on your screen (See image below for reference).
- Now click the link in blue to the right of subscription. It should say ‘Expires on XX/XX/XXXX’ (See image above for reference).
- Once you click the subscription link, you will be prompted with a new window. In this window select ‘Change your serial number’ and enter the serial number that we have issued to you. By doing so, this will activate your 1 year subscription (See image below for reference).
